Sample and Method:  Sample of present study comprised of 151 adolescents. Among them 86 (57%) were males and 65 (43%) were females. their age range was from 12-17 years (Mean age 15.75 years, SD = .96). Participants were approached in group settings. The results revealed significant relationships of victimization with psychosocial problems, i.e., emotional Symptoms (r = .346, p<.000), conduct problems (r = .282, p<.000), peer relations (.342, p<.000) pro-social behavior (-.208, p, 010) and overall psychological problems (.413, p<.000).
